Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy begins with a comprehensive evaluation of functional limitations and areas of pain. Our experienced physiotherapists will design a care plan based on your health-related needs and goals.
We take a team approach and may consult with your other health practitioners, if necessary. Throughout your care, we will work hard to help you return to all normal functional activities.
Our Therapies
We use the following modalities to help our patients recover from their injuries:
- Kinesio taping
- Electro-thermal therapy
- Joint mobilization
We also teach our patients special “blueprint” exercises to help strengthen and correct their unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction.
In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and healthy.
You will be given some new patient paperwork to complete.
To save time we recommend that you fill them out at home and bring them in completed.
Please visit our website, you can download intake forms and prefill out and bring it in your first appointment.
ONLINE FORMS »Our physiotherapist will ask you what your concerns and goals are as part of the assessment process and before beginning care.
